Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching. The work draws on attachment theory and nervous system principles, but I'm not a therapist and this isn't a substitute for clinical mental health support. If you're in a place where you need therapy, that's the right call. This program is for women who are past that stage and want direct, behavioral change.
I've done a lot of self-development work. Will this be repetitive?
Probably not. Most self-development gives you frameworks for understanding your patterns. This program is about interrupting them in real time, with support. The gap between knowing and changing is exactly what we work in.
I'm not currently dating. Is this still for me?
Yes. The first six weeks are entirely internal work. You don't need to be actively dating to do the pattern mapping, nervous system work, or identity rebuilding. Week 7 application works with whatever your current situation is.
What's the time commitment?
Weekly live calls on Saturdays plus independent work between sessions. Most women spend 3-5 hours per week. The depth of your results is proportional to the depth of your engagement.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes. The investment is $5,000 full pay, or 2 payments of $2,750. Payment details are confirmed when your application is accepted.
